Olga was a perfect hostess, very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Olga the waitress was very good in all aspects. Restaurant food was delicious and well priced. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job. Could not imagine a better place to stay in Bukovel. Will definitely return.

It's easy to get around from the hotel to explore Bukovel and activities in the area with the free shuttle just outside the entrance. The facilities in the hotel, including the spa, sauna, and restaurant are outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend!
