The outdoor pool/spa is top-notch with great temperature options and spectacular views. Our deluxe twin room, while a bit dated, was comfortable and had a huge hotspring tub connecting to the bathroom and the balcony. The balcony view of the river valley was lovely. We also liked how we could have our dog stay in the basement pet hotel. The staff were very friendly for the most part, and check-in/check-out were very quick and uncomplicated. The location is super quiet, offering a perfect setting to clear your mind.

The staff are great, they assisted us in rescheduling our stay since there was a typhoon during our original stay. They also assisted in preparing our food because we weren’t available during the required hours for cooking.
