The resort had a variety of facilities for both children and adults. The rooms were spacious and well-kept. The rental ski equipment was also a great addition to the resort.
The staff were exceptional, rooms are clean and cozy. Food quality was excellent definitely deserve the all inclusive service.

sky fall cafe had very good views of the ski slope, the view from our upgraded room was also very good facing the skiers, clean resort, friendly and helpful staff
The hotel and it's all inclusive facility is ideal for a winter holiday. Food and treats were delicious. Rooms and pool area clean and spacious.
I like the room cozy and warm, all inclusive with affordable price ! Turkish cuisine in buffet, food is delicious and super filling, staff are nice and fancy. I advice you to ride the cable car to hike in the mountains, it is beautiful, it will be worth to walk around and see the view when it’s clear .
Fabulous location with probably one of the best access to Ski slopes. Though the resort is among the more pricey one but that said all inclusive package offers a very good value. The buffet spread is large and sumptuous. The staff in buffet, particularly Shefik is fabulous, they welcome and serve with a smile. We had small confusion at the Ski rental but they resolved the situation very well. All in all no stay in Uludag can be complete without a stay at BOF
easy access to ski , lovely staff. Special mention to the doorman (forgot his name) who helped us with the car in the heavy snow. Tip - always have a snow Tyre when coming to the resort.
the location is central of the ski area, just back door of the hotel. breakfast, lunch and dinner serves variety of Turkey cuisine. heated pool is also nice during winter. even though the staff barely speaking english but from concierge, reception, ski utilities staff and restaurant staff provide exceptional and outstanding services to us. Mr. Tahsin Bagceci from the restaurant gave us extraordinary services during our breakfast, lunch and dinner during out stay. our family ski holiday was totally awesome during our first trip to Turkey.
