The staff is exceptional, we traveled with our 2yr old and felt very welcome everywhere. She enjoyed the attention and the facilities as well. We only spent 4 nights and felt like we could have stayed there for 2 weeks without gerting bored.

To improve the room cleaning process, it would help if cleaning times were more organized to avoid disturbing guests at very early times of the day and ensure that the cleaning stuff does not block the hotel corridor.

A good hotel for a family rest with children. The entry to the sea is shallow for many meters, the water was warm even for a small child at the end of October/beginning of November. A child can play in sand, there are also football and volleyball and other sports activities available for both: children and adults alike. A restaurant was very good. Offers few days a week various national kitchens too. We got a family with beds for children, with a sea view, it had a balcony. There was even a door inside of a room to separate these rooms. Comfortable for the parents. Would definitely come back to this hotel if wish to spend relax with the family, do not travel outside of the hotel, just enjoy the sea and eating.

Here is a short list of pros and cons: - very clean hotel...our maid (Ms. Emine) does a great job...changes the sheets every day, decorates the bed very professionally... - Super friendly staff...always looking out for you by asking if you need anything (For instance, Mr.Cem from the guest relations, Mr. Ugur at the taverna restaurant, Mr. Süleyman at the reception, Mr. Kemal at the security department). Very welcoming... - Very professional entertainment team...there are interactive entertainment shows for kids and adults every night. Super fun for kids... - The hotel goes to sleep mode after 10:30...no annoying disco music around...
