The service we received was absolutely impeccable and of such a high standard. The genuine hospitality we received from all the staff right up to the owners warmed our heart. The food was delicious the spa treatment was luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. The owners and management had gone out of their way to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The hotel had experience zero to no snow but they arranged a transfer up the mountain for us to experience it. Only 8 km from Erzurum city centre, Dedeman Palandoken Resort Hotel is a 30-minute drive from Erzurum Airport. Free private parking is possible on site. Staying here with my whole family was the best decision this winter season so far. The ski lift is next to the hotel. Staff is friendly, even when my children create a mess. BTW, there's a babysitting service. Breakfasts and dinners were awesome. Overall recommended for riders traveling with families.
