A special mention goes to Mr. Ozkan, whose warm welcome, constant availability, and attentiveness greatly contributed to making our stay unforgettable. Despite the bad weather that prevented us from skiing as planned, we spent two wonderful nights as a family. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, making the time fly by. This pleasant experience has won us over, and we are eager to come back again very soon.
