The service was top notch, they gave us a sea view room that was amazing I enjoyed every minute of it, the beach, the pool and the Aquapark, the kids loved the water castle slides so much, the hotel is family friendly with wonderful animations, the food was very tasty and a lot of variety the dining hall was cool and clean, the staff were very kind and helpful, for sure I'll go back again.

I have never experienced such welcoming staff in any resort that I have been to. A special thanks go to Khalid who went above and beyond to give us the best experience. He is one of the reasons I would highly recommend people to stay in this resort. Thanks Khalid!!
The staff were so friendly and helpful. You feel well looked after. There's plenty to do and a good variety of entertainment from Animation team.. we only had option on booking full board with booking.com but spoke with reception on arrival and for a fee we were upgraded to all inclusive.
The location is good, inside the medina, access to the traditional souk from the resort. The buffet, the food variety, and the taste were delicious. The pools were clean, and the animation was great for all the family. Clean rooms and spacious.
The property is wonderful, and the resort has great facilities, several pools, great fun for kids and people of all ages. Service is outstanding and staff are so friendly and very welcoming. Lots of food options and varieties served on a daily basis. Amazing resort for families with numerous activities all day long. The greenery, landscapes and space are simply beautiful. Our kids including us had a blast and loved it and we will definitely come back again :) :)
The food was ok for an all inclusive hotel, the villa was clean. The staff was helpfull, except for the entertainment team.

Warm welcome by the friendly staff, well organised and maintained facilities (wam pools, clean rooms), food was good (wide variety of dishes). All inclusive was great. Big thanks to Adil for his great asssistance and making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, also Khalid (Front Office) for his help. Overall, very nice stay and excellent value for money. We will be visiting again.
I don't understand why lots of the reviews complained about this hotel. I think it was amazing value for money. I'd go as far as to say that it might be the best value for money of any hotel I've ever stayed in. It's not five star luxury (which many of the reviewers seem to expect for some reason), but no hotel anywhere in the world is for this price. It was clean, had a great view, had a nice bar, a good shower etc, and the staff were all friendly and helpful . I have absolutely no complaints at all.
The resort is one of the best I’ve stayed in so far. It literally had everything you needed, private beach, entertainment, pool etc. I recommend this place for all sorts of people couples, solo travelers and friends.
If you’re looking for an all-inclusive resort, this is it! There is so much here: pools, beach access, beach bar access (for guests, too!), spa, and many spaces to relax. The room I stayed was really nice and comfortable. Also, every single staff member, especially at the reception (Haykel, Mohamed, Nihel, Issa, etc.), was incredibly helpful and friendly!
