Stayed a couple nights as a female solo traveler and I felt very safe and looked after. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and attentive. Very nice pool, very large rooms, which were quiet - I also liked the spa area.

Initially, I was a bit skeptical due to some negative reviews I found online, which made me somewhat uncertain. However, I was specifically looking for a 5-star hotel in the area and decided to give it a chance. I must say that I do not entirely agree with those negative reviews, as I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience, from the service to the overall stay. Everything from check-in to check-out, from the room to the pool area, was exceptional. The room was consistently clean and was cleaned daily. I would like to extend my special thanks to Monia from the housekeeping team, who proactively approached us to ask if the room met our expectations and if there were any issues we noticed that could be addressed. Although we didn’t find any issues, I appreciated her attentiveness and forward-thinking attitude. This level of care is something I truly value and must highlight. A heartfelt thank you for that. I also want to commend the reception staff, especially Safa, for their excellent service, from the booking process to check-in and check-out. The team is very attentive and forward-thinking, which is exactly what one expects from a 5-star hotel. Having stayed at numerous hotels across Europe, I can confidently say that the service here meets the high standards one expects from a 5-star establishment. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service, which I gladly recommend to others. This is not my first stay here, and I will definitely return with great pleasure, as I was very positively surprised. During check-in, we found a small gift for our child, which was a sweet gesture with cookies and a sweet name tag. I also received a small birthday cake, which was very thoughtful. Some reviews mentioned that the hotel is pricey, but I believe the service you receive is worth the cost. I find it completely fair and not overpriced at all.

Este El Mouradi Hotel está localizado na costa de Cartago, a 15 km de Túnis. You have a great staff. The meeting in the Reception by Radhia and Ahlem, what women they are there every day with a smile and excellent service, what a welcome 😊😀🌷. In the bar in the evening I can mention Omaima who also gives a great service, super nice too... then it continues with a cleaning lady who took care of my room fantastic... the food very good... very nice stay

Exceptional Stay at Carthage Thalasso Resort in Gammarth We recently stayed at the Carthage Thalasso Resort in Tunis (Gammarth), and it was an unforgettable 5-star experience. The customer service was exceptional, with staff who were attentive, always kind, and genuinely caring. Their warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The housekeeping team ensured that everything was spotless, with both day and night service to make sure we never lacked anything. Every corner of the hotel was immaculate. The quality of the food was equally impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of international and local flavors, from delicious chocolate crepes to traditional bread galettes—everything was a true delight. This hotel is ideal for a family stay. Traveling with three children, we especially appreciated the hotel's excellent facilities, which were easy to access. Whether it was the seawater pool, the kids’ pool with water slides, or the private beach just 50 meters away, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The location is also perfect—only 10 minutes by car from La Marsa and 20 minutes from Sidi Bou Said. A special thank you to Wassim and Adam for always taking such good care of the kids, and to Mohamed, the reception manager, for ensuring everything ran smoothly. We highly recommend Carthage Thalasso Resort and look forward to our next visit!
