We got upgraded for free as the are adding more "nature" to the area. Because of this we saw fire flies, fish and frogs. Lovely quiet and peaceful. The owners gave us a map and good advice. Host and her brother took us visiting Sukothai for two days which was very kind of them. Excellent and big Thai breakfast (Rice, Pad Thai)! They were really attentive and wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay.

Great Hotel with a very nice pool. Room was quiet and comfortable. Nice shower and great view to the pool. Sukhothai is not a very busy city but there are a few good restaurants options in the surroundings and also two 7eleven shops. I would give more then 10 to the staff that was very welcoming and very helpful during my whole stay. They booked me the tuk tuk to the old town, and gave me all the instructions (rent a bike and so) and also asked the bike shop to call the tuk tuk back to the hotel. The girl in the reception was very caring and had an excellent English level.
