What a wonderful beginning for our vacation in Thailand. We have arrived here directly from Bangkok airport and could not expect a better welcome. The team was very lovely and helpful from the first minute. We received juice, fruits and as soon as we arrived. We were told that they decided to upgrade our room but we decided to stay on the original one as we needed a connecting door. The girl from the reception showed us the way to the night market. The breakfast was great and the kids liked the swimming pool. Thank you for a great experience.

My family from America couldnt get over how helpful and attentive Rin was during checkin. Sher smile made us all smile. The rooms were Boutique in style with antiques and romanitic views of the canal. Rin made our family breakfast at 7:30 so we could tour the floating market early. Its a strange hotel by design. You wont forget it.

Baan Siriporn Resort - โรงแรมบ้านศิริพร รีสอร์ท is located in Samut Songkhram, 88 km from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. The cottages are adorable!! Very clean and the staff was wonderful! Make sure to pay the few dollars for breakfast. It is worth it. You can get a Tuktuk to the Train market for 80 Baht and in the morning you can buy a 60 Baht alms bag for the monks who float down the river. Also, worth getting up early to do. Property is peaceful and so well maintained.

Set amidst natural surroundings, Asita Eco Resort is 4 km to Samutsongkram City Centre. It features stylish accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The setting of the resort was absolutely beautiful. My kids spent hours rowing around the little canal and feeding the fish. Its quiet, peaceful and a great place to spend 2-3 nights.

It was a lovely experience. Before arriving, the reception staff called to reassure me about the parking arrangements with an electric car and driver at the car park to take care of the luggage and drive to reception. The reception staff are engaging and welcoming with knowledge about any questions. The staff also pointed out directions to the floating market, which was open for dinner as I arrived late in the afternoon. The hotel has a charming character and a historical past, with a museum and a small temple for prayer. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed with antique furniture and period fittings in the bathroom. There is a restaurant for dinner and a balcony terrace above for breakfast, both overlooking the river. It was a very pleasant stay for me and I would definitely stay again.
