Just a few steps away from Ao Klang Beach, Baan Ploy Sea offers room with private balconies. It boasts an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire residence. We stayed at Baan Ploy Sea for two nights, in a jungle view room. The room was spacious and very clean, and very quiet through the night. Probably a better choice than the sea view rooms, which are right next to the little pool where kids start to play early in the morning. The restaurant is great, clearly one of the best on the island, and breakfast was delicious. Staff is very helpful. The beachfront is clean, and that part of the bay isn't too busy with boats. You can rent a paddle board or kayaks. An extra bonus is the incredibly smooth logistics from mainland to the island and back. If I ever return to Koh Samed, I know where to stay.
