Gajapuri, which means "Elephant's Empire" in Sanskrit, offers a luxurious tropical experience with its spa and outdoor spa bath. Beautiful and spacious property - the resort was very well maintained and the architecture blended in with the surroundings beautifully. The pool was the highlight of the trip; sunset by the pool after a dip in the ocean felt great. Breakfast was extensive, and we appreciated the free kayaks. The staff helped us with all our transfers too!

The location couldn’t be beat. It’s quiet and yet walking distance to restaurants. Try Barrio if you like Mexican food. It’s delicious!

This was our second time staying here, we absolutely loved the vibe , being connected with nature and very close to the beach. Great location, staff was very helpful, they helped me with organizing different trips and you can also rent a scooter from them. I highly recommend this place!

Set in Ko Chang, within 1.8 km of Kai Bae Beach and 400 m of Klong Prao Beach, Papaya Cottage Koh Chang offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free private... From the moment I stepped into this place, I felt welcome, like I was home. Peter and Ae greeted me warmly, provided all the information I needed about Koh Chang, and took care of everything for me. They helped me get the best scooter (the roads are dangerous, so you need a good one!), arranged diving and tours, and assisted with anything else I wanted. When I fell a bit sick while traveling alone, they took me in and cared for me like family. They even invited me and the other guests to a family BBQ on a Sunday evening. Besides the incredible hospitality, the location is perfect—situated between White Sand Beach and Kai Bae. This area is the easiest to drive on a scooter, and the beaches are wonderful (including Chai Chet in the middle). You can also reach Lonely Beach in just 15 minutes by driving. The surroundings have everything you need: great food, a 7/11, a gas station, and more. The cottage itself is lovely and comfy. The shower has hot water, the air conditioning worked great, and there’s a balcony and a small kitchen area with coffee and a fridge. Plus, there’s a shared kitchen outside the room with every kitchen tool you could think of. The Wi-Fi was superb, even better than the Wi-Fi at the co-working spaces on the island. No wonder I came for three nights and ended up staying for almost a month. Thank you, Peter, Ae, and all the wonderful and lovely staff. This will be my home every time I visit Koh Chang from now on.

Situated right along the Kai Mook Beach on Ko Chang, Paradise Palms offers comfortable holiday homes with free WiFi. It is located 2 km from the city centre. All units are air conditioned. Mat, our hotel host, made our stay truly enjoyable. He helped us find cool things to do and good places to eat. He checked on us regularly to ensure our comfort and his lovely family added a warm touch to the experience.
