I recently stayed at Grande Centre Point Space, and it was an excellent option for families with kids of all ages. The hotel offers a range of activities and amenities specifically designed for children and Teens ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable stay. I didn’t see my kids all day which allowed me time to go to the spa. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and comfortable accommodations. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service and understanding shown by the staff during a stressful situation. My daughter, who has eczema, experienced a severe flare-up, and we needed to return to Bangkok urgently to see her doctor. Despite the last minute change in our plans, the hotel manager was incredibly accommodating. She accepted our early departure and provided a refund for the days we didn't stay, showing genuine empathy and concern for our situation. I would like to thank their Manager “Chalermwan Oramai -Grape” she constantly kept of checking on my daughter’s situation showing her genuine care and concern. Their flexibility and kindness made a difficult time much easier for our family. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend Grande Centre Point Space for their outstanding service, customer care, and family-friendly environment.

Hilton Pattaya offers 5-star luxury with 180-degree view of Pattaya Beach and 40-inch flat-screen TVs, atop CentralFestival Pattaya Beach Complex. It features an infinity pool, fitness centre and spa.... Pool area very pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Room very spacious. Horizon Restaurant ws nice, Good food ( music too loud though)

Gajapuri, which means "Elephant's Empire" in Sanskrit, offers a luxurious tropical experience with its spa and outdoor spa bath. The place was pretty amazing, we were welcomed but the stuff with the most warm vibe, and best service we had in thailand Best breakfast!!

Santhiya Tree Koh Chang Resort offers modern rooms on Klong Prao Beach, which is part of National Marine Park on the Gulf of Thailand. It features an outdoor pool and restaurant. The property is very well situated on a clean beautiful beach, the quality of the water was amazing! There is nice decoration on the garden and the walking paths. The stuff is super friendly and helpful and makes you feel wanted and special, this is very important for a distant vacation like that. We requested a special meal for our kid and they made everything we wanted! Very pleased from our time there and would go back there if we visit Koh Chang again : )

Samed Garden Resort se găsește în Ko Samed, la câțiva pași de Plaja Ao Noi Na, și oferă o grădină, o zonă de plajă privată și parcare privată gratuită. Everything was so well kept on the premises. Staff were great, and so was the owner who spoke good English. We had a bungalow, and it was so spacious and exceptionally clean. This was my 3rd visit to koh samet, and I will definitely come back to this place.

LONELY GROOVE se află în Ko Chang, la 2 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Klong Kloi, și pune la dispoziție o grădină, un lounge comun, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. Very comfortable, clean bungalows. Great location near the beach and some great restaurants, bars, coffee shop(Pizza House, Siam Kitchen, Mini Mart and Ginger Home, Mandala). The staff at Lonely Groove were so sweet, especially Lemon, and delicious food.

Shambhala Beach Resort se găsește în Ko Chang, la câțiva pași de Plaja Klong Son, și are o piscină în aer liber, un centru de fitness, o grădină și parcare privată gratuită. Such a lovely resort. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly.

Barong Resort se găsește în Ban Phe, la 15 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Suan Son, și are o piscină în aer liber, o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. Cannot recommend this place enough! The rooms were nice, property was nice, good food. And the staff! The owner was genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life. I came too late to the restaurant and was very hungry, so he offered me his own dinner. I’m a vegetarian so I had to refuse. He went to the kitchen and took the time to make me food (for free), as no place was open. We spent the night just talking until morning hours. Extremely welcoming atmosphere, will try to make a detour next time I’m in Thailand just to say hello. 10/10

Jasmin Garden Koh Kood se găsește în Ko Kut, la 12 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Bang Bao, și oferă o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. Everything was just wonderful! The property is very beautiful, quiet, and very clean and eco-friendly. It borders the sea, and, if not windy, you can swim and snorkel around the best part of the reef with direct access from the property. This property is a family business run by the nicest people we have met since we started to travel. Jee, Care, Thierry and their entire family made us feel like their family for two weeks while we were there, helping with whatever we needed, always being very supportive with advice, information and help regarding renting the transfer to airport, buying tickets for the ferry, renting scooters etc. The bungalow we stayed in was very clean and very comfortable and with no problems, everything was functional and we had never to complain about. The breakfast and the food are very fresh and absolutely delicious (with pre-order, you can have fresh delicious dinner). But above all, these people are the very heart of the business and they know how to make your stay wonderful, because this is how they are, just wonderful, kind, always smiling and willing to help and doing all these not because it is their business but because this is how they are and from the moment you step in, you feel like you are parf of this beautiful family. We definitely recommend this location for a wonderful holiday!
