Situated 3 km to The Bridge on the River Kwai, Good Times Resort Kanchanaburi features free Wi-Fi throughout. Boasting an outdoor pool, the resort provides free public parking on site. The property is lovely, exceptional value for money, the gardens are well maintained, staff are incredibly cheery and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. 10/0

Baan Thai House offers a relaxing hideaway offering free Wi-Fi and free bicycle rentals. Thai-style villas feature balconies with garden or lake views. A spa is offered in the resort. Unfortunately we only had one day and night to escape Bangkok and visit Ayutthaya, but we had a great time here. The staff was very friendly and helped us make a plan to see some of the highlights in the limited time we had. The resort is very green, quiet, and peaceful, the villas are clean and spacious, the atmosphere is very friendly. Hope to be back in the near future!

Featuring 4 outdoor pools in beautifully landscaped grounds, Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villa Hua Hin is a 5-minute walk from the Night Market and Fishing Pier. It has a spa and 4 restaurants. Everything. Perfect location, walking distance to the market and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing with so many options. Staff were professional and welcoming, best service we’ve experienced in Thailand. This is now our favourite hotel to stay in Thailand!

ธารามนตรา รีสอร์ท (Taramontra resort) se găsește în Tha Kradan și are o grădină, o terasă, facilități de sporturi nautice, și WiFi gratuit în întreaga proprietate. We loved staying here. It’s a beautiful setting and Mr Zun and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

La Levée Resort se găsește în Sai Yok, la 24 km de Muzeul Hellfire Pass, și are o piscină în aer liber, o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. Away from the city Serene natural environment feels like we’re in The mountains with King Kong. The facilities- swimming pool and outdoor activities were in good condition. Well managed resort.

Coco Pina se află în Prachuap Khiri Khan, la 3,9 km de Khao Chong Krachok, și pune la dispoziție o piscină în aer liber, o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. On Youtube we saw that Prachuap Kiri Khan is a nice place, with beach front Hotels and Restaurants. A great weekend night market (food). We thought we’d book a couple of nights at Coco Pina Resort and check the place out. We checked in. Friendly staff greeted us and showed our room. The room (vila) is a one bedroom studio. Large and clean with all the amenities you could wish for. We checked out the swimming pool, just outside our vila. Clean are with loungers, tables with chains and sun umbrellas and the water (salt) was very clean. After that we decided to take a drive along the beach front. Never been more disappointed about a place than what we saw. Delapidated buildings, badly maintained buildings, too many large government buildings taking up prime locations, restaurants closed, no beach to speak off. Disappointing to say the least. But…….the CocoPina Resort was exactly what we were looking for, nice rooms, clean pool, great restaurant/coffee shop, unbelievable price, so we decided to stay longer. Pity that it is some 700km from our home, otherwise we’d be here much more often. If there was a higher score possible, we’d go there, but can “only” give it a 10. We have found our paradise in paradise.

Set in Ratchaburi, 3 km from Damnoen Saduak floating market, Khum Damnoen Resort offers villas with free WiFi. Best Resort we have stayed in Thailand in terms of quality and value for money combination. We stayed in two small villas which were very clean, cozy and comfortable with great facilities. Bed was amazing- best night sleep after 21 days travelling through Thailand. Clean and modern aircon.

Pan Din Boutique Guest House se află în Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya și are biciclete gratuite, o grădină, un lounge comun și o terasă. The owners were super friendly and attentive, and you could tell they truly care about guests. We rented a scooter, which was fairly new and in great condition, perfect for 2 people. Breakfast was quite good and the owner often received you with new water bottles.

Set in Pran Buri, 16 km from Pranburi Forest Park, Palm Pran Resort offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Palm Pran Resort is an excellent home base for exploring the Pran Buri region. It is a very quiet location, but accessible by motor bike or car to all the local attractions. The breakfast choices were very nice, and the room was comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn’t want to leave!
