Spacious room,very clean as staff on point.I was told in conformation email my room would be "disabled friendly,rails in shower/toilet etc"..As an amputee I was disappointed it was a ground level room with no rail to go up the admittedly only 2 steps but still needed,and no rail whatsoever in the bathroom,Instead in the bathroom upon opening the was a 3 appx 7cm dropped floor.Whuchbis quite an ordeal for someone who has no feeling in lower extremities(legs). I refused change of room,stubborn I guess,but had already unpacked and sorted ourselves.. Turned out ok in hindsight,great staff as said,and location.
