Just 5 km from central Strömstad, Daftö Resort offers a summertime theme park with an outdoor pool and children's activity house. Strömstad Golf Club is 8 km away. We really enjoyed our stay. We were not sure what to expect, but the resort surprised us to our delight in every respect. The staff was extremely helpful. As Americans spending our first night in Sweden we were having trouble contacting relatives in Norway. The staff was able to provide the needed help. This looks like a great place for families.

Circondati dal pittoresco Arcipelago del Bohuslän, questi cottage a ristorazione indipendente dispongono di TV a schermo piatto, patio arredato e WiFi gratuito. this is a camping resort. so, they are busy during vacation times i guess. when we went not so busy. we were only there one night as we were passing by. It reminded me of wolly world from chase vacation movies. the people there are very friendly.

It was very posh, with amazing breakfasting facilities. To be surrounded by such healthy people made me feel fitter :-)
