Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Quiet place in the middle of waters. Owner was very friendly and helpfull. We had a good breakfast.

Located in Pello in the Lapland region, Miekojärvi Resort features a balcony and lake views. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The villa provides an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. I was left a code for the door which was very easy after a long journey. The house had everything you need including, herbs, oils, soaps, bedding and plenty of cookware. It was spacious but cozy. Our boys loved the outdoor space and sledging in the snow.

Situated in Skellefteå, less than 1 km from Västerbotten Theatre, The Wood Hotel by Elite, Spa & Resort features a bar and views of the mountain. Featuring a fitness centre, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The accommodation features room service, a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage for guests. Breakfast was different in a good way. Local produce, fresh salad and huge array of pickles. Some standard breakfast items too, also of high quality and local where possible. The VANA spa on the top floor with views over the city is spectacular. Drinks prices were reasonable.

This Swedish Lapland lodge is 40 minutes’ drive from Gällivare Ski Resort and 50 minutes' drive from Kiruna city centre. It offers Wi-Fi access, as well as bright and spacious rooms with a private entrance. Super friendly and helpfull staff, delicious dinner, perfect breakfast. Very helpfull owners when our car was totally frozen in - 28°C.

Ski lift passes for Storhogna, Björnrike and Vemdalsskalet are available on site. After-ski spa treatments can also be booked. The restaurant and bar serves international dishes and regional specialities such as reindeer, elk and trout. Very special place to stay. Internally amazing with Sauna, Spa, nice people, and outside you can enjoy shooting stars, beautiful landscapes

Guests at First Camp Arcus-Luleå enjoy discounted rates at the nearby Arcus Bath, a large, popular outdoor water park, which is owned and run by First Camp. Arcus Bath is open during the summer season. If you have kids, which is not my case but anyways, then you owe it to them to bring them here :⁠-⁠) I booked a cabin and it had every thing you need. Just bring your own groceries. I used my sleepingbag.

Located in Blattnicksele, Sandsjögården Holiday Resort features a garden, private beach area, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available and the resort also provides bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. This lodging is located on a beautiful lake and has a great Beach Bar. We stayed in a lovely cabin next to the lake. Our hosts were wonderful and very welcoming.

Built in 1882, Le Ski Lodge & Steakhouse offers simple, rustic accommodation right next to Storlien Train Station. On-site parking and Wi-Fi access in the restaurant are free. Storlien Alpine Centre is 1 km away.

Åre Ski Resort is 60 km away. Trondheim Airport Værnes is a 1-hour drive from the ski lodge. The closest ski lift is 300 metres away. Like always, the food is very good. They are doing a great job. It is always a pleasure to stay there, wifi works and it is located very central. Worth every crown.

Set right by Pite Havsbad Beach, this is one of northern Europe’s largest tourist resorts. It offers a water park, activity house and spa facilities. Piteå town centre is a 15-minute drive away.
