Pello
Located in Pello in the Lapland region, Miekojärvi Resort features a balcony and lake views. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The villa provides an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. Everything was amazing, very well set up house. Loved the fire pit outside was fun cooking over the fire. The place was perfect for a winter get away with a group. The kitchen has everything you need, huge fridge lots of storage so stock up at the supermarket and enjoy the break.
Puoltikasvaara
This Swedish Lapland lodge is 40 minutes’ drive from Gällivare Ski Resort and 50 minutes' drive from Kiruna city centre. It offers Wi-Fi access, as well as bright and spacious rooms with a private entrance. Super friendly and helpfull staff, delicious dinner, perfect breakfast. Very helpfull owners when our car was totally frozen in - 28°C.
Luleå
Guests at First Camp Arcus-Luleå enjoy discounted rates at the nearby Arcus Bath, a large, popular outdoor water park, which is owned and run by First Camp. Arcus Bath is open during the summer season. If you have kids, which is not my case but anyways, then you owe it to them to bring them here :-) I booked a cabin and it had every thing you need. Just bring your own groceries. I used my sleepingbag.
Piteå
Set right by Pite Havsbad Beach, this is one of northern Europe’s largest tourist resorts. It offers a water park, activity house and spa facilities. Piteå town centre is a 15-minute drive away.
The 3000m2 Skeppet activity house offers bowling and a children’s playroom. Leisure facilities include a 9-hole golf course and a go-cart track. The on-site spa offers saunas, hot tubs and massage treatments.

The resort itself was amazing. Newly built, modern cabin in an amazing location.
We enjoyed our stay at Camp Ripan, loved the cabin and easy access to Airport and train station in terms of distance, taxis can be booked from the resort directly
This was most luxury hotel i have been for such price. In my room was best bed i have ever sleep in. Breakfast very nice..
There were everything we needed for a one night. Very good breakfast, free parking, everything was ok. Clean, good bed, nice room, good variety of food at breakfast, no queues, nice staff. Very good value for money. It was not a luxury hotel, but it was one of the best at this price range, where we have visited.
Great location not much in this town except the mine and a very very small ski resort
Camp Ripan is a true resort- You can do many activities including ice climbing right on site, and the food is spectacular. We took advantage of the gym, padel court, kicksleds, sleds and snowshoes while we were there. The cabins were perfect- a bunk room for kids and comfy bed for adults. The kitchenette was stocked with sufficient pans to make a stay in dinner one night.
This hotel has all modern comforts but also the character of an established traditional luxury hotel. Amazing location and view. The place to stay in Luleå!
This is an absolutely beautiful, very affordable campsite, directly located at a lake. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. This is not a luxury spa, but it does not intend to be and has everything you want for a cosy, comfortable stay in the middle of wonderful nature. One aspect that was more amusing than disturbing: almost active-aggressive, humorous (rather than passive-aggressive) signs for driving the message home that you as a guest have to keep the campsite clean.
Brilliant resort within walking distance to supermarkets and the town centre. Great facilities, breakfast and restaurant. We booked dog sledding and a snowmobile trip through the resort and these were superb.
