Very nice location, good facilities, friendly staff, a lot of options for breakfast, the restaurant in the resort are 10/10. A lot of options for massages at the spa.
Very clean room, 2 tv sets in the room. Nice bathroom products, coffee machine in the room. Friendly stuff. Great spa facilities, salt water pools, hydromassage in every pool. The peeling show in the steam sauna was excelent. Good food in the Gastrolab and The forest restaurants. Big parking lot, and many outside activities in the resort. The massages are great, well trained personel.
The house is arranged with a very good taste and clean, with a nice view, luxury facilities.
The owner of the resort and staff were very kind and pleasant, interacting with all the guests and amending all the needs. The food was delicious and the location is great

The whole resort is a little wonder în the middle of an old forest. As a tourist, you have everything: excellent spa, fabulous food, cleanliness, warmth and things to visit.
Everything. The architecture, the facilities, the spa, the staff, the restaurants, the smoking space, the views, the paintings, and the stained glasses. This resort is out of a perfection book.
Beautiful resort and nature, good food, spa and swimming pool . Very close to sfanta Ana lake, amazing nature, bears in the neighbourhood.
Very nice resort with the best spa area I saw in Romania so far. Breakfast handed out is a bit awkward, variety in fresh fruits does not support a Grand Hotel ... slogan. Breakfast is good, coffee good. The spa is great, I was only briefly in the evening and it was not crowded, but I guess it can get massively crowded on weekends during the day.
