They had a good gym open 24/7 which was very convenient. They had kid's club, which was engaging, they played games throughout the day reducing screen times. Staff was super nice, energetic and cheerful. North swimming pool was closed, so not sure about that, but south pool was good... They had security and life guards at all corners for emergencies. Swimming vest for kids who didn't know swimming. Main attraction was the water park, which surprisingly didn't feel as hot you would expect in these scorching conditions. Resort had shuttle services every now and then. So no worries. Guests from resorts got free towels.. Food was good, had multi cultural cuisines at top quality. All the staff were very friendly, cheerful and helping.
