The property had great a great atmosphere and character, very retro.
The grounds with pool were very relaxing.

Beautiful tranquil resort, great infinity pool (open 24h), modern and clean rooms.
One of the best stops the Camino Portuguese! We got to Ponte de Lima soaked after walking 33 km in the rain. The lady at the reception was kind, helpful, understanding and welcoming. The room was clean and warm, spacious and nicely decorated, the kitchen fully equipped. We were able to wash and dry our belongings. That was a pure luxury. The place is centrally located in the old town. Perfect place to stay in!

A beautiful hotel with lots of history but all the trappings of a modern resort. It was a hotel you want to photograph including the rooms and one you can relax in using the pool and soaking up the views. It overs 5 star at a low price. The food in the restaurant was also excellent.
The resort is so nice , greenery, child friendly
The bath! It has been a long day of walking and most places don’t have a bath so it was such a luxury to be able to soak and rest.
I now wonder if staying in such luxury and comfort was a sin for a piligrim. Do buy your food in the store in the train station and take the tram up the hill.
I stayed on the way of the camino, the swimming pool was the luxury after the long walk. Sandra was very kind and warm and we could really treat ourselves like home.
Fabulous hotel - lovely decor , attention to detail setting it apart from anywhere else we stayed on this trip. Great breakfast - even serenaded with live piano playing at breakfast . Luxury at a very reasonable price.
This is a mini luxury spa between Barcelos and Ponte de Lima. The heated pool is covered during bad weather and was great for our stopover. The venue offered an evening meal option for pilgrims on the Portuguese caminho which was excellent value.
