Carla welcomed us in a very friendly way. She also arranged restaurant bookings for dinner on behalf of us. The breakfast was magnificent and one of the best we had in the Azores.

Fantastic hotel. It had a very tropical/exotic location vibe. Everything is clean and well maintained. They thought about sustainability - there is a reusable glass bottle in the room, shampoo and soap are in dispensers on the bathroom wall. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is just beautiful.

Location is great (beach is near, quiet and calm area), a good place to explore the eastern part of the island. Very clean, big and equipped half of the house. Kind welcome service. Nice welcome package with local food and wine. Nice pool area and beautiful garden. A very beautiful hiking trail starts right outside the door.

Very nice and quiet "little village" of lava stone houses with nice view on the Pico mountain. Houses are very spacious, very clean and well equipped.
