Situated between Alqueva and Pedrógão, municipality of Vidigueira in Alentejo, and 9 km from the Alqueva dam, this charming country house offers air-conditioned rooms with cable TV. All the staff was super nice and friendly. We did the wine tour with Pedro and he was amazing. He conveyed such a passion for the wine produced in Sabroso!

Located at the center of an enormous property, you couldn't hear anything but nature if you tried and you need really good binoculars to see the 1 neighbor in sight ( in Alentejos plains you can see Kms all around you). Took some great walks without leaving the estate, fed beautiful Lusitados horses, and played with the estate dogs. The poll is fine and a must to cool off (30-40 celsius in the summer) A special thank you to the host, D.Rosa, that really made us feel at home! She is definitely part of the charm of this estate, like an aunt we all should have Ohhh... wanna fly on a hot air balloon? Talk with Publibalao and take off from inside the estate, 3min walk from where you sleep. It was so awesome!

Located in the paradisiac Tróia Peninsula, Pestana Tróia Eco-Resort & Residences features villas and holiday homes surrounded by nature with access to both indoor and outdoor pools. Beautifully situated, well appointed, exceptionally quiet. Staff was knowledgeable, helped us to the room with luggage and golf cart. Grounds are beautifully maintained. The beach is spectacular. The buildings are well made, walls soundproof, kitchen and was convenient and gorgeous.
