We loved the pool, jacuzzi and the sauna. Room was excellent- clean and spacious, with very comfy beds. The highlight however was the staff! The nicest people, extremely helpful and kind, always smiling, especially Lena who was on reception. She greeted us with a smile and helped with my unlimited number of questions!

Krasicki Hotel Resort & Spa is situated in Świeradów-Zdrój, in the Jizera Mountains, 1.2 km from Świeradów-Zdrój Ski Lift. This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff went out of their way to help. The food was good. It was the perfect retreat to write, relax and treat myself.

Located in Szklarska Poręba by the forest, Aparthotel Czarny Kamień Resort & SPA offers free parking, free access to an ozonised indoor and outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, dry and... Sauna, indoor/outdoor pools, room with billiards, darts and table football are in my heart. Barbeque on Saturday is also a good idea. Staff is very friendly and spa is really relaxing. Centrum Turystyki Niekonwencjonalnej is located only 200 metres from the tourist trails to Wielka Sowa Mountain and Woliborska Pass. I greatly appreciate the super serious approach to gluten free options. People on a strict diet can feel safe. Besides, great - the first time I stayed in this place 14 years ago and the standard is at the highest level!!!
