El Island World Panglao está situado en Panglao, a 800 metros de la playa de Alona. Everything was just perfect!!! First I was bit worried about the distance to Alona beach, but there was free transfer from 8AM to 10PM from hotel to beaches and back. There was also 2 pools in hotel complex. And the staff!!!!!!! They were ready to fulfill all your request with beautiful smile. Good work, Niels🙂. Hospitality in the highest level.

The pictures don’t lie and I wish we could have stayed longer. The bungalows are beautiful (we stayed in the superior and the normal one), everything is very clean, the staff is super nice and helpful and the food is good (and not overpriced as some reviews said). The cherry on top is of course the reef right outside the resort. I went snorkeling twice and saw sea turtles both times. There are barely any boats so it’s a quiet place where turtles like to hang out. The pool area is perfect with lots of different chill out spots.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home, thanks to the warmth and hospitality of Ate Fely. Her kindness and attentiveness made our stay truly special, and we can’t thank her enough. The resort itself is a peaceful retreat, away from the noise of Alona Beach but still just a short walk to all the action. Our accommodation was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the private verandas, where we could relax and enjoy the beautifully maintained garden. The pool was also a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Panglao. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we’re so grateful for the hospitality we received. Alona WhiteHouses Resort is truly a hidden gem, and we highly recommend it to couples looking for a relaxing and intimate getaway. We’ll definitely be back!
