We had two double rooms upstairs! The view, the pool, the beach, the property. It was a dream. We would come back. Highlight of our trip around the philippines. Very happy to show hidden gems like this of my country to my European family. The lead manager (The slightly larger filipino kuya) and the young bartender were absolutely fantastic, always helpful and well-informed. Cocktails were great by the bartender and Kuya assisted us with many things.

Set in General Luna, a few steps from Malinao Beach, Lagkaw Siargao Villas offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a shared lounge. This place is amazing! A picturesque location right on the beach, with bar facilities open from 12-8pm most days (Wed-Sun), where we met lots of friendly travellers, locals and expats. Brad and his team were friendly and helpful and gave us some great tips on how to spend our days in Siargao. Lagkaw is a quiet and peaceful location, with a super chill atmosphere where you can truly relax. but it’s also only a 10min tricycle ride from General Luna (and even closer to Secret Beach). We opted not to hire our own motorbikes, but it was very easy to get a cheap and quick ride into town from one of the local tricycle drivers. Kuya Tata was a very reliable and friendly tricycle driver and even took us on a private land tour at a very reasonable price. Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort features a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and shared lounge. With a garden, the property also has a private beach area, as well as a tennis court. The resort is wonderful, I loved the staff, food, pool and beaches.

This place is AMAZING! The staff are so attentive and courteous, they’ve helped us with everything, we absolutely loved them! Great location, just a few minutes walk from the General Luna. The hotel is exceptional ! The rooms are so big and cozy, the bed is huge, the shower is big and has enough place for two people. And they’ve thought of everything! There’s a mini fridge in your room with lots of stuff, complimentary drinking water, beach towels, umbrellas for rainy days etc.. You can even order food from the hotel restaurant to your room! And the food is absolutely amazing! The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the whole resort is magical !

Situated close to the beach, Balai sa Baibai offers tranquil and comfortable accommodation with free WiFi access throughout the property. I've never experienced a more welcoming staff, everybody was amazing. The location, the people, the food and the atmosphere were perfect!! 10/10
