This hotel is a dream! The OWB is amazing and the staff is very friendly to make sure you are having a good time. Breakfast buffet is delicious with many choices. For early arrival or late check out, you can get a day room for an hour, which is great to have a shower and change!

Featuring a private white sand beach which is exclusive to guests, this luxury resort offers beachfront accommodation on Matira Point. Guests can stay in unique bungalows positioned over the water. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the manageress is superb. Location central, beautiful, different shades of blue water with pink flowers everyware. For a small cost you can visit their sister resort with arguably the best view of mount Otemanu. I think this is a must stop in Bora Bora. Parasailing and boat excursions few meters away as well as small shop and other restaurants close by. Probably one of the few resorts on the main island that you won't need a car, however Avis car and scooter rental a few meters down the road. Oh and Matira Beach is walking distance away. I think probably the best overwater villa I've stayed in. Large, lots of thoughtful touches. The setting is incredibly beautiful. Located on the tropical island of Bora Bora, the beachfront St Regis Resort offers 2 swimming pools, 2 bars, 4 restaurants and a luxurious day spa. Beautiful property. We loved the water views. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Westin Bora Bora Resort & Spa sits at the base of Mount Otemanu, placing you in the midst of paradise. We were at several resorts and this location sits on probably the best spot opposite the mountain. It’s modern, smart designed, with clean and light bungalows, ours with plungepool. The staff, both young French and Tahitian were enthousiastic, interested and competent. The layout of the resort is efficient and makes best use of the view. Some of the cocktails of their own design were delicious and the food allowed for both fine dining or a cheeseburger. Frankly, it was like one imagines paradise could be. It’s a long way from Amsterdam or Paris, but worth the miles. The weather this November was very sunny.
