It's a very nice hotel, but the best of it was the service. We had an assigned server (Javier) for our bungalow and he always made sure we were ok. Would come back just for good the service was from him, and other staff. The activities for kids were great as well, this is definitively a family-oriented resort, while also having a nice bar and privacy in its beachfront bungalows/suites in case you are a couple.

Very quiet with no loud non-stop music like in many Peruvian hotels. - Restaurants are very stylish and low-lit for dinners (no ‘canteen’ feeling like in many all-inclusive hotels but a proper restaurant). Also main course is served a la carte for dinners and not buffet style. - In the Plus package, lunch is served in a separate restaurant also with a la carte main course with a good selection. The Plus pool bar has some better selection of spirits/alcohol.
