Morrillo Beach Eco Resort has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Morrillo. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Amazing gem in the middle of the jungle. Lodges are embedded in nature. One morning the howler monkeys were all over the place. We went for a kayak trip amidst the mangroves. Perfect combination for water and nature lovers. The food is top quality. Cari and Ryan support some nature preserving projects. Cari is the Dian Fossey for the Azuero Mantle-Backed howler monkeys, an endemic species that is almost extinct. We also participated in a baby sea turtle release. As we are bird lovers we were thrilled to see 7 toucans in the nearby environment in one of the few panama trees that are left at the pathway to get to the lodge.
