Property is beautiful, host was helpful and managed to book everything we needed. The housekeeper was really nice and made delicious food. The host had also booked our safari with zaher who was really welcoming and gave an amazing tour around the dessert.

With an unbeatable setting in the silky dunes of the Omani desert, the 5-star Desert Nights Resort offers 55 luxurious Bedouin-style tents and 33 deluxe rooms for those seeking the ultimate desert... It was perfect and they let us have a late check out which was ideal. The room was everything and the views outside incredible! Plenty of food and all delish!

They were very friendly during check-in. Separate from the resort, I had hired a private driver who attempted to extort me. Luckily I escaped the situation and a driver from the resort picked me up. Still, the driver continued to contact me asking for money and threatening to call the police. He even called the hotel several times. After explaining the situation the hotel staff were very understanding and helped to ward him off. Long story short, the staff will make you feel safe here! Anyway, they offer a range of fun cultural and physical activities to try. I did the Bedouin house tour, Sunset drive, Sand Boarding (highly recommend, good fun), and Camel ride. The food at the restaurant is good and portions are generous. The pool was nice and I wish I used it more.

Safari Desert Camp offers accommodation in Al Sharqiyah. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free private parking is available on site. All accommodations are either chalets or tents. The tents were beautifully set up and magical evening with live music and dancing
