Perched 2000 metres above sea level, Alila Jabal Akhdar is an ultra-luxurious resort with views of the Al Hajar Mountains. It was a truly amazing experience. At check-in we upgraded the room to mountain view with two terraces with comfy lounge and deck chairs. The resort is wonderfully built with stones and wood and integrated into the extraordinary landscape with huge canyons and cliff, placed right at the cliff in a height of close to 2000m. They offer a range of activities, archery, mixing drinks, yoga and meditation as well as a vis ferrata. The food choice at breakfast and in the evening is excellent with very nice service and great views and atmosphere. A once in a lifetime experience, a really hard time for us to say goodbye. 😀

Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort, the highest five star resort in the middle east on the curving rim of a great canyon, is a secluded haven for the intrepid and discerning. Real, not fake hospitality, enthusiastic, well trained staff, very professional and fast service, professional advice, very good contact with waiters, villa host and reception, stunning mountains and canyon views, fabulous heated swimming pool in villa, no single incident during stay. Total privacy respected by all staff is the hotel highest priority. Very interesting architecture designed to make guests happy. Very good signage of all places, easy to find any. Electric carts for those, who do not want to walk. Hotel is very expensive, but not overpriced, Perfect meals both served to room and in well designed restaurants, very tasty with unique combination of local flavors and ingredients, superb sweets and ice cream, fantastic fruit plates and generous information from staff about each meal. Location in the city is very convenient for those, who want to make small shopping, or use ATM, access within few minutes walk. All in all fantastic, relaxing, comfortable stay. Even unusual guest wishes fulfilled as far as possible. My rating is higher than 5 stars and I can recommend this hotel to everybody, who wants highest quality service and stay. I believe, that this Anantara hotel can be compared with level of Six Senses hotels.

Radisson Blu Hotel boasts a prime location in Sohar with views of the Gulf of Oman and adjacent to the Silver Jubilee Park. Room was big, clean beautiful view, and the reception were so polite.

On our way to another destination and didn't plan ahead, but as it was too late, we decided to look for a place to spend the night. Reservation on the road, but what a surprise! a little germ! A bit remote and totally quiet, small separate rooms with pleasant setting The receptionist waited for us despite the late hour and was very friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. We loved it!

Το Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar Resort & Spa, an IHG Hotel διαθέτει εξωτερική πισίνα, αίθουσα γυμναστικής, κήπο και βεράντα, στον προορισμό Al ‘Aqar. The hotel is newly opened, only 9 days ago. The location is on a very beautiful mountainside overlooking the quiet small villages located deep in the valley and the pomegranate and rose farms nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is very tasty and ordered from the menu taking into consideration the sustainability of resources in comparison with the buffet. Special compliments to the chef :-)

Το Lina Dreamland Resort είναι σε Billah και έχει κήπο. Αυτό το κατάλυμα προσφέρει στους επισκέπτες υδάτινο πάρκο, αλλά και υπηρεσία δωματίου. Excellent stay. Very kind people. Nice swimming pool and kids playing arena. I highly recommend for families 10/10

We would like to inform you that our swimming pool is undergoing refurbishment to elevate the service. The maintenance work will be carried out for three weeks. Everything is clean, tasty food, helpful and welcoming staff, it was an amazing stay, and special thanks to Mr. Charles!

Το AlZaeem Resort & Hotels έχει εξωτερική πισίνα, αίθουσα γυμναστικής, κήπο και κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, στον προορισμό Barka. Location was just ok, no need of SUV, sedan car also can go to direct resort. There is nothing special location near by the resort. But inside the resort there are lots of activities. We really had fun. The entire area is pretty clean. Its a 3 BHK single floor villa. It has a private pool, private football court, table tennis, snooker, barbeque area etc. Good for hanging out with family or friends upto 15 people. Highly recommended.
