The location is perfect, right by the sea, and the restaurant offers stunning ocean views. The food was delicious, especially the fried squid. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I left my makeup bag behind, and they called me the same day to confirm and I’ve already received it in perfect condition. Thank you for the amazing service—I’ll definitely return!

Paihia Beach Resort & Spa offers luxury boutique accommodation just 20 metres from picturesque Te Tii beach. Good size room. Great view from large balcony. Pool & spas great. Nice walk into town.

Located opposite the beautiful Kai Iwi Lakes, "The Lakes" retreat features an 9 seater movie theatre and a lakeside gazebo with hot tub. Guests have access to a patio with BBQ. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. But what we really loved was how incredibly clean and tidy everything was. Our accommodation was pristine and it offered everything we needed. We'd love to come back.

The location is very pretty and quiet within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and beach. The property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard so the rooms are bright and comfortable with great facilities.
