Situated in Bhaktapur, 15 km from Patan Durbar Square, The Terraces Resort and Spa features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Beautiful rooms, absolutely beautiful view, sunset helipad was amazing as well. Staff was very very nice. Spa and sauna facilities were great as well. We were taken on a hike personally by the staff, which we loved.

The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful, always there if you needed something. Great hospitality. The location is incredibly beautiful, the fresh air, the view of the Himalayan mountain range made it a great getaway after KTM. Good breakfasts served with honey from their own hives and homemade yogurt. Beautiful rooms with comfy beds.

This hotel is perfectly placed on top of a hill overlooking the Balthali Valley with,on a clear day amazing views of the Himalayas! The staff and family,who ran it, were absolutely brilliant! The room was delightful and the food was the best we have had so far travelling in India and Nepal. Great authentic Nepalese cuisine! We were there for Tihar and the family asked to join them for the celebrations, which was very special indeed! They also arranged our trip to Namobuddha! Excellent hotel, lovely family and staff! Just book it!

What a lovely resort to rest, relax and recharge. Plenty of onsite activities to participate in - yoga, meditation and spa. There are 2 swimming pools as well. The staff were attentive and friendly and helpful and made sure that I was well fed and comfortable. Special thanks to the onsite Ayurvedic doctor, Ashish (restaurant manager) and Sivaram (yoga teacher), the meditation teacher and to everyone else who made my stay all the more enjoyable and pleasant. Being able to contact the resort staff via Whatsapp for any assistance was also very helpful and convenient.
