It has an unobstructed floor to ceiling view of the sea and mountains and birds and no one who can see in. You have a private booking of 2 hours for around USD$11. You can walk down to the sea and take a dip in the water between rounds in the sauna. You can sit outside your room and see the marina or sea or salmon farm. The restaurant food was excellent, more creative than other places we’ve tried, and plentiful. The cabin had a full kitchen and was well laid out. The staff was friendly and service was fantastic.

Super friendly staff, great location on the sea and close to several great hikes. The restaurant is really special, the breakfast is better than any hotel we’ve been to in the nordics and you must do dinner.

Eliassen Rorbuer erbjuder boende i renoverade fiskestugor på ön Hamnøy. Stugorna har eget kök. Färjeterminalen i Moskenes ligger 10 km bort. There is truly nothing not to like. Loved the Rorbuer, could charge our electrical car, Norwegian nature a gift from the gods, lovely restaurants in the area and staff there for you when you need them…for the rest they give you your space and privacy. My usual frown lines nearly disappeared 😎

Very conveniently located - 1h30 drive from Å, which is the farthest point; everything else is closer. We went hiking and visited several beaches, all within a 40mins drive top. The cabin itself is right onto a small pier, nice and quiet. It is clean and very cosy, with a well equipped kitchen. Owners are very nice. Definitely recommended and a very good value for the price.
