EnJoy Lake and Sea Ferienhaus is a lovely holiday home, which has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The house features 3 bedrooms, a living room with a sitting area and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, and a garden with a sitting area, 2 lounge chairs and a small trampoline. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a gas stove and an oven (no microwave). Bedlinen and towels are not included in the price, so you can either bring your own or rent them for an additional fee. You can park your car next to the cottage. The check-in procedure was easy and convenient: we received a number code for the locker that contained the key to the front door. Even though the place has 6 beds, I think it would feel a bit cramped if you'd indeed stay there with 6 people. We stayed there with 2 adults and 2 children, and it felt like the right size for our family. Esther, the owner, is very kind. Before we arrived, she already sent us a lot of information about things we could do during our stay. Upon arrival, we found a box of chocolates as a welcome gift, and some tea bags and pads for the coffee machine. During our stay, she would check with us to make sure everything was okay. The house is located on the terrain of Siblu camping Lauwersoog. However, since it is owned by private owners, it has just these little extra touches that make it feel a bit more like a home than I expect it would be if it were owned by the camping park. It is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is a bit better equipped than strictly necessary, and there are some board games for entertainment. You can use the facilties of the camping park. It has a restaurant and a take away, an indoor and outdoor playground for children, and a bicycle rental. During the summer season, there is also a park shop.

Thermen Bad Nieuweschans pakub mitmeid hoolduseid, vanne ja massaaže. Spaakuurort asub kiirteest A7 2-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Kohapeal on tasuta parkla. My family are big fans of natural thermal baths and Bad Nieuweschans did not disappoint. We all enjoyed the experience of soaking ourselves in salty warm water, relaxing in the sun (thankfully it was sunny) and enjoying good food. The staff were all great, from the reception desk to our waiter in the restaurant, they all made an extra effort. They even tolerated our weirdly accented Dutch, no-one tried to correct us or even resort to English, they understood us perfectly well and this boosted our language-skill confidence. The rooms are very similar in size to most budget hotels, however the decor and fittings have been tastefully updated. The bathroom was spotless, something we don't always see in other hotels. We went during off-season/winter. So we have no idea about the summer attractions. It was nice and relaxed. Very few people. Good for dogs.

Summio Villapark Schildmeer asub Steendamis, 30 km kaugusel Martini tornist ja 7,9 km kaugusel Appingedami jaamast. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Peretubades on laste mänguväljak.
