Absolutely loved the multiple pools setup. The pool area was child friendly, and provided lots of entertainment options for kids and adults. Beach access directly behind the hotel, the beach is fine, but most people will probably stay around the Hard Rock Hotel pools. The rooms are clean and modern. Comfortable mattress. TV has lots of entertainment options. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and has a large variety of food options. The buffet gets very busy in the mornings. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overlooking Batu Feringgi Beach, Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang offers spacious rooms surrounded by 30 acres of tropical gardens. The pool is really nice as well as the area around it. The rooms are big and the balcony is a plus. We liked everything about this hotel!!
