Staff cordiale. Ci hanno fatto l’upgrade della stanza ed era pazzesca, pulitissima e vista mare spettacolare. Colazione e cena super abbondanti, varietà di dolce e salato di ogni tipo. Resort fantastico in pieno stile Hard Rock. Colazione internazionale ottima e abbondante. Piscina spettacolare. Staff superbo. Camere pulita e comoda con una bellissima vista. E' il posto dove stare a Batu Ferringhi.

Everything from the hospitality to the location, food, staff …etc. If i can give more then 10 i would. this was one of my favorite places to me and my family and still is.
