Good location; nearby Petron, grocer shops, a lot of restaurants, etc. We didn't have to look far for food. Amazing host; super friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean and complete with what we needed. My family and I had a great time there spending our weekend together. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Everything was exceptional, stunning view! Had a terrific time staying in this suite, and the decor and completely furnished, cosy apartment show how warmly the host greeted us! Couldn't ask for more.

El tracte rebut pel Mohan, era molt bo, ens va explicar que la fàbrica de la plantació de te tancava al dia següent i què podíem fer. La Hema ens va solucionar el problema que vam tenir amb l'autobús. Tot el personal del menjador, de neteja, etc. Simplement excel·lent i immillorable. Les habitacions molt netes i les instal·lacions noves. El llit era còmode i hi havia ventilador de sostre (pel clima no fa falta aire condicionat, el ventilador de sostre tot ho soluciona).

Enjoying cool weather 3000 feet above sea level, Awana Hotel offers a relaxing stay with an outdoor pool and fitness facilities. As a family of 4 ( 2 kids) we enjoyed our stay, the hotel room was on a higher floor which gave us a great view with a balcony..the weather was amazing little cold at night and early morning.. if visiting genting highlands again for sure we will rebook it.. shuttle bus was a big help to reach cable car and go to skyhigh land.. keep working for late hours 11 or 12 pm Side note: cable car and shuttle bus function from 7 am but premium outlet and Cafe opens at 10 am but there 2 markets you can buy a quick sandwich from..

Everything was perfect, location is great, the access to the beach is easy. The family friendly concept exceeded my expectations. Mohammad at the front desk did assigned a good room for us since we had a baby with us (away and accessible). All the staff was very helpful and friendly.
