Very nice resort on comfortable small island❤️ Not overcrowded this period. Amazing food and very welcoming staff, especially Shahid, Bee, Angii and Hiika. Beach villa houses are very close to beach and clean.

Food and alcohol is great in all inclusive package. 10 minutes to walk around the island in bare feet. Diving was average and expensive but no need as the snorkeling around the house reef is excellent! The staff are wonderful. It’s not fancy, but the relaxed atmosphere is perfect 🤩

Staying in Veligandu was the best experience in Maldives from 6 of my trips to different hotels earlier. From the moment we arrived to Male airport and went out, experience has been amazing. Guide met us immediately, dropped us to seaplane lounge, we waited not more than 10 minutes for seaplane, then arrived to the hotel. At the hotel everything was prepared for us, as we requested by email, without any reminders. The villa was ready immediately, the guide (Nabeel), was very friendly and responsive. Our cleaner Moaaz from water villas side was excellent, he always was waiting till we go for breakfast or dinner to clean the room, never disturbed us. In general staff is amazing at Veligandu, they always try their best to help you. We had water villa with jacuzzi, it's really amazing, had a very nice open sea view, furniture is decent and new, room is always clean, neat. Only we were not lucky with weather for few days, when at night you hear storm and being in water villa it becomes scary. In general island is very nice, it has places to snorkel, to walk around, some activities. Food in the restaurant is good too, usually you have choices, at least fresh fish is there and ice cream. Very good staff who are making pancakes and eggs in morning, very attentive and friendly too. Also resort organized one cocktail event where management introduced themselves and communicated with guests, it was nice too. All territory of island is super clean, organized, trees and bushes constantly groomed, it really looks amazing. In general we really enjoyed and it was a great stay. Also check out experience was very smooth. We had our PCR on time arranged by hotel, as we arrived to the airport, the hotel representative went with us to the airport counter and helped us to check in to our flight smoothly. Really Veligandu pays attention to details and it makes experience amazing.

Drift Thelu Veliga Retreat 位於南阿里環礁（South Ari Atoll），坐落在純淨的島嶼—塞路維里加（Thelu Veliga）上，在首都馬累西南方約 90 公里處，擁有自家的壯麗房礁。住宿距離馬累國際機場為 35 分鐘的水上飛機航程。 Villa... love this place , very peaceful. great staff. very barefoot and relaxed, and still chic. just how we like it. don’t worry too much about dressing up for anyone but yourself. I personally find that vibe fabulous. you do you at Drift. balenciaga or matalan, who cares? very clean - I think maybe it would be nice to be able to opt out of having towels and sheets replaced so often? (for environment etc.) I personally do not need my sheets replaced more than once a week, but the housekeeping staff did their job to perfection and with such care. they clearly work really hard to keep everything perfect. they were brilliant. re. tipping we just kind of spread our tips best we could amongst bellboys cleaners cooks waiters etc. i don’t think you have to. not everyone tipped. it’s up to you. they were just grateful. I would like to know that staff is looked after - that there is a a lovely place for them to spend leisure time etc as they live on the island, stuff to help them stay fulfilled (they seemed happy though! just my thoughts) suggestions aside - the place is tiny and pure magic , fabulous gardening/landscaping, magic little walkways. great food. the chefs try hard to offer a variety which is appreciated. we had three massages - they were great. the rest of the time just a lot of relaxation, snorkelling, kayaking, food and wine! they have great cocktails and mocktails too. will be back. thank you so much to everyone at Drift. it’s fabulous value.
