Located in the island of Mauritius, this resort is surrounded by coral reefs and dramatic mountains. We highly enjoyed the friendly people at the resort, the restaurant location for breakfast and dinner - and of course the Rum Shed. Every one was highly committed to make our stay exceptional.

Located in Bel Ombre, Villa Serenité offers a garden, sea view terrace and plunge pool. The villa has access to resort facilities including a restaurant and private beach. The house is just AMAZING. Christell- the maid- is basically the best- keeps everything superclean, cooks delicious meal, she also worked as a manager for our dreams to realize : such as a swimming with whales and dolphins, massages, deep sea fishing trips etc.

Beautiful beaches with crystal clear water. Would absolutly recommend it. But the rooms could get a makeover. Furniture is really old and the bed was the most uncomfortable one I had in Mauritius plus it was so much used, that you could see a hole in the matress. The good thing was that we got a new one after asking for it. But I would expect a higher standart for that price. Food was delicious but the staff was not well trained, unorganized and very chaotic. Having breakfast, lunch and dinner was always stessfull because every 2 minutes an other waiter came to ask what we want or if everything is fine. After some time it was very annoying. But beside that I would recommend this place because of the beautiful and relaxing area.

The Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort offers all-inclusive accommodation in Bel Ombre. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of activities and facilities, including free access to the golf club and free... Everything was perfect and there were many activities to do in a little time. It’s such a huge resort and you need to walk back and forth to book any stuff you want to do. Make sure you plan your day well from the time you arrive including the complimentary back massage, it’s totally worth it! There are varied options in the restaurants so you get to enjoy and get your money’s worth on food and drinks too. Once you’re inside, you will never want to go out ;) Total relaxation from the bed and everything on the services of the staff. Melanie has upgraded us to sea view, thank you! Keeshnee from the reception has kindly given a late check-out which allowed us to spend more time in the sun since it rained for few days during our stay. It was tranquil end of our holiday before going back to work and chaos of busy city. Thanks to all, hope to go back one day!

From the moment we reached the hotel, the considerable amount of hospitality and the great welcome that we received from each and every staff who goes out of their way to make the client happy is really unique in this hotel. My wife and son had their best time before school resumes. The level of service is definitely unique in the world i would say as i travel frequently.
