The location is perfect and the sunsets from Emeraude Lodge are absolutely amazing!! We had booked for 3 nights but wished we could have stayed longer as the atmosphere was so relaxing. The food options are incredible and delicious. Well done to the Chef/s and thank you to Jenny, Adema (not sure of spelling) and Vincenzo for always checking in on us. We hope to visit you again in the future.

Set on Nosy Sakatia, a 10-minute boat trip from Nosy Be, Hotel Océan Beach Sakatia in Nosy Be offers a private beach area. Featuring a shared lounge, this property also provides guests with a terrace.... The hotel ground are quite literally stunning. You have a private beach with incredible sunsets every night. There is a pool and the dining area looks out over the ocean. The staff are so so helpful and sort out everything for you and all of your itineraries. They also sorted all of our transport to and from the hotel. There are turtles in the water which you can snorkel and see and you can also take boat trips around the island. I really recommend this place, it’s totally unique!

Located in Madagascar, in Nosy Be, Royal Beach Hôtel offers spacious accommodation overlooking the sea. Situated in front of Madirokely bay, it features an outdoor pool, spa facilities and free Wi-Fi.... I would say everything, starting with the reception of Mr. Ivan, an essential person and very professionally prepared, but all the people we met really very prepared and friendly.

All in all a perfect choice to spend one's vacations.

Madakitecamp se găsește pe malul mării în Antsiranana, la câțiva pași de Plaja Sakalava Bay, și are diverse facilități, printre care un lounge comun, o terasă și un bar. Madakitecamp felt surreal right off the bat. I was a bit nervous because the photos and reviews looked too good to be true, but they were exactly as described. When you're brought there on the Sakalava Bay it feels like you've arrived in paradise. White Sand Beach, beautiful sunrise, and glistening still water. The staff were extremely friendly, and spoke enough English to make conversation. The manager spoke fluent English and french, and was available to help. I did wingfoil lessons and really enjoyed the coaching that the English teachers Stan and Romain provided. The latter even showed me the old baobab near the village. I've also heard from my brother and other people that this is an amazingly unique place to (learn to) wingfoil, kitesurf or windsurf. The huge bay is not busy at all (max 20 people. Usually <10) so it's easy to get into. There was a daily menu with about three starters (-+€3) , plates (-+€6) , and desserts (-+€3) each to choose from. There is a wide arrangement of cocktails (-+€3) and fresh juice from local produce. The bungalow itself was nice and clean. We were with three people in a bungalow with an ocean view, and it truly was an ocean view. It didn't take more than 20 steps to be in the water. Everyday you have the option to give off your key, which allows the staff to clean your bungalow, this is a thorough cleaning as they even fold your clothes (takes about an hour). Clothes can also be cleaned for about 5 euros. The only downside about it is that the toilet is not fully closed off to the bathroom, and the bathroom only has a curtain separating it from the living room. Although there are enough windows to open to let everything air out. We also never had any problems with the wifi. It was stable and fast. Also available throughout the restaurant and nearby beds. We also didn't encounter any mosquitos (august/september), but even if we thought they might go in, there is a proper protection around each bed.
