The location of Pestana is amazing. You can easily get everywhere. When you wake up in the morning you hear the ocean. Ocean, cafes, small shopping center are next to the hotel. The view of the ocean is magnificent. The girls (guest relation) are so hospitable and helpful. They sent us fruit and sweets like a present when we came and also made a surprise (small cake) for my husband birthday. It was very kind and lovely. Thanks so much!!!

The cleaning fee is included for real and booking.com do really charge that. And yeah, the life-guards are there and we saw a life-guard pulling a girl out of the water. Very friendly staff on the premises.
