Set in Marawila, a few steps from Marawila Beach, SOLUNA BEACH RESORT offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Nice complimentary for incomers. Really big bed, bigger than I've seen elsewhere. Two types of breakfast: english and local. The first one is a typical but it's still okay. The local one unfortunately was too spicy for us, but that's a good experience. The portion was quite large. Good swimming pool. The hotel area looks good as well. The property offered scooter rent.

Roshan also arranged the Safari for us, with a very experienced driver. Sandmal, our driver is very good at spotting animals. We saw leopards, elephants, sloth bears, and many other animals and birds during our full day Safari. Do take a quick walk down to the secret tranquil lake for an amazing sunset view.

We stayed here for going to willpatu wich its a amazing national park. The room was very beautiful the second floor but not ac. We changed the room for one in the first floor with ac but it wasn't that beautiful and 10 dollars extra per night. The host it was super nice i really like him. It was a 10/10. The hotel its in between of the jungle and you can see birds and squirrels. A bit difficult to find a tuk tuk or taxi just in the street but the host always help us for find one driver. The owner a good guy, we didn't meet him but we talked with him by phone and he was super helpful There's available bikes, amazing!

Nirukthie Beach Resort & Restaurant has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Kalpitiya. It was exactly what we were looking for- nice house close to the beach, sea brief, wonderful view to the sea from the restaurant, friendly host, good meals! Perfect swim in the sea and walking on the sandy beach, watching kites runners. The place I will dream to come back.
