The hosts are a wonderful family, super friendly and helpful. They built those beautiful apartments nearby the river allowing visitors to be in the centre of the rainforest. The river is quite loud so one needs to hear that in mind but I personally loved it, such closeness to nature.

Set in Mirissa, a few steps from Thalaramba Beach, MIRISSA Reef Serenity offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. It was a very well designed, full equipped, large and clean room. The bathroom was vey clean. The garden and the sea view was spectacular. The owner and the stuff were very friendly and gave us lots of tips about Mirissa. The breakfast was definitely special and very tasteful.

This is the most wonderful hotel I have visited in Sri-Lanka during my month long trip, staying here for a week. Why? 1. People - Chinthaka is super friendly host. He helped me during my trip even when I moved to other place with bike rentals, money exchange (very good rate) and any other questions 2. Facility itself - it is very stylish, comfort, 100% as it is shown in photos. There is the power generator, and you can have air conditioning and power even when everywhere it is off 3. BREAKFAST! - it is huge and tasty! It is impossible to eat everything at one time, so I stored some dishes in fridge and got fed till the evening!

Breakfast was exceptional. One of the best I've ever had. And the view was amazing and the rooms are clean and perfect so as the staff, staff was friendly. Recommended for everyone.
