She received us personally, spent her precious time helping us with the tours and provided us with all the information we needed. She arranged our Train tickets and pick and drop to SGR station. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, with a personalized touch in everything and unbelievable attention to detail. Caren has equipped it with every single item one might need during the stay- making it as cosy as possible. We highly recommend Palm Paradise Loft to anyone looking for a home-like space in Diani, and would like the thanks Caren once again for her hospitality and kindness.

Neptune Palm Beach Resort & Spa ligger vid Diani Beach på den södra kusten. Här erbjuds en utomhuspool med sötvatten. Du bor 40 km från Mombasa. The rooms were renovated and upgraded, the food was amazing, now daily seafood at lunch time was added and sushi in the evenings. That is what we need at the beach. They have received the travel life certificate and use glass bottles in the rooms and don't replace towels if not needed. The staff as usual very welcoming and friendly.

Excellant cooperation of staff and property was serene. i will definetely reccommend and try to visit again. They helped whole heartedly for special request. Food was excellant with performance. 100% satisfaction. Kudos to the team:)
