The room is small as most of hotel room in Tokyo but they optimized the space at 100%. each corner has a use and you can store shoes clothes suitcase ect and even the luxury of a bath tube and a shower with skyline view

It was pure luxury and peace. Absolutely had the best stay. All the staff were pleasant, attentive and and very helpful. The rooftop pool and bar was a delight and came in very handy in the heat.

So close and central to the station and the heart of Shinjuku. It was a beautiful room, very clean and neat. Everything felt new and the beds were very comfy. This made our stay so much more enjoyable and comfortable. I had such a good sleep in the beds and the bathroom facilities were great also. Felt very luxury. I have recommended for friends to stay here and they have already booked

High luxury hotel but expensive.

The staff was extremely competent and friendly. The hotel room was small but very nice and clean (simplified luxury).

Free shuttle bus going to disney resort and also I like that the surroundings of the hotel have many restaurants, stores . It was convenient to me .

Quality of premises and feel of luxury. Spacious room with comfortable bedding. Staff and house keeping were excellent. Beautiful garden and close proximity to other “Prince hotels”. Walking distance to Shinagawa station.

very good location in Tokyo, in Ginza area. All hotels are a bit expensive in this area where there are a lot of luxury shops but this hotel is a good compromise and well located as a starting point for visiting Tokyo. The lobby looks a little bit oldish but the rooms are very clean. Very nice and helpful staff!
