Modern, luxury, clean
Lovely family resort atmosphere Tasty and wide ranging buffet for dinner and breakfast Excellent service with friendly staff
Resort is away from the city in an onsen area that is excellent for relaxation. Walking around the hotel and lake areas was excellent. Service, especially the restaurant service, was flawless. Traditional Japanese meals in the hotel were fantastic. Shuttle bus provides the convenience getting in and out of the hotel from the Tobu-Nikko station (check pick up time).
Beautiful and luxury accommodation with so many comforts.
Excellent Onsen resort. All the staffs are very nice and professional. Me and my family had a wonderful time. Highly recommended. The Food excellent. I've been to many onsen resort in Japan, the food offer in this resort is the best.
very pretty location and lovely restaurant. it could probably use an upgrade across the board for a higher rating. seemed a little dated. pool was nice but limited and not that large. it was more like a convention hotel than a luxury resort. but staff were so nice and helpful
Located in a very remodeled but interesting place with great nature. The hotel pretended to luxury category when constructed,
