Pure class and luxury! Fantastic onsen and view from the balcony! Exceptional customer service! Great size of the room considerably beyond Japanese but even European hotel standards. Free drinks in a super comfortable lounge on the top floor. The 3 stars raring given to this hotel must be a joke, it is absolutely comparable to a 5 stars one.

We received a 4000¥ coupon to use at restaurants. It could also be used at a ski resort. Aside from this a regular hotel
