The guest house is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. Amazing vibes, great people, excellent atmosphere. Kimi and Miyu and entire family are so nice. Always going above and beyond to help. Will definitely return

The room was perfect with cozy vibes for enjoying the snowfall! If you enjoy skiing or just relaxing in a winter wonderland it’s a great place!

The location is excellent, only a short walk from the main train station. The resort offers a shuttle bus to pick you up from the station. The rooms are really spacious and well designed. The outdoor onsen was excellent. Other than the comment below the staff were efficient and there were many at hand.

The location was perfect. Close enough to all the town has to offer, and located at the quiet side of the station. Room was spotless, and perfect to come back for a rest after a day of skiing. Bus station is just 2 mins walk away and that allows access to all the ski resorts. They even had lockers near the entrance to store my ski equipment.
Very convinient to go to Gala Kogen. They have all equipment for rental and special ticket discounts for 1 day pass aki resort. Staffs are amazing.
the room is spacious, very "old-fashion" style. the location is great! ski in and out to Naeba ski resort. We always stay at here.

The place had a great atmosphere and the food was prepared superbly. The hotel was nice enough to accommodate my wife’s vegetarian diet. The place is moments away from ski resorts and are happy to provide rental gear and shuttle trips to the resorts. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. Perfect place for the price they are charging.

A very old school japanese onsen spa resort - loved the step back in time and the onsen baths were FANTASTIC!!! The staff were really lovely and helpful, and the breakfast was incredible.
