During our stay, we got engaged, and we were touched by the thoughtful gestures from your staff. We want to sincerely thank Moe for making our stay at Hilton amazing. She truly went above and beyond to assist us during these five days, from arranging taxis to offering destination tips, and most importantly, making our engagement the most incredible experience. Moe always welcomed us warmly when we arrived at the hotel and waved us off with a smile when we left. She is a genuinely kind-hearted person who truly deserves to be recognized. We also had the pleasure of dining several nights at the wonderful restaurant, Isoletta, where we were always warmly welcomed by Haruna and Yuka. Their kindness and cheerful attitude greatly enhanced our dining experience. They were amazing! The hotel's rooftop bar was another highlight of our stay, offering a breathtaking view of the stars while enjoying fantastic drinks. Alex was incredibly helpful, providing us with excellent tips for our trip and revealing some hidden gems we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. We also received outstanding service at the reception, where Koki amongst with other was always ready to assist with taxi bookings and beach recommendations, all while greeting us with a smile. Thank you once again for making our stay so special. We will cherish these memories forever and look forward to returning in the future. I am sorry if I have forgotten any names but the whole staff were amazing!!!

The hot tub on the balcony was a real hit. The kids loved the pools and the snorkelling at the beach was superb and very family friends. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Very conveniently located next to sunset beach. All the other beaches we drove were also very close, maybe 20 minutes maximum which made our stay very comfortable. The city center was 5 min by taxi and mere 440¥ so very very convenient

Hot Cross Point Santa Monica terletak di Pulau Miyako, 8 km dari Pantai Maehama, serta menawarkan kamar-kamar ber-AC dan tempat parkir pribadi gratis. A lot of effort is made for the comfort of guests. The room is quite clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast selection is really diverse and delicious. The hotel has lovely terrace and a beautiful views. The Shuttle Bus service is very comfortable and I was able to move around the resort freely and quickly. The resort itself propose good selection of entertainment and dining options. There are some lovely beaches in close proximity. There is also free transfer from and to Miyako Airport. I would definitely use Shigira Resort hotel once again if I would come visit Miyako Island in the future. And I definitely recommend Hot Cross Point Santa Monica as well.

Shigira Bayside Suite Allamanda offers spacious suites with balconies overlooking the East China Sea and Shigira Bay Country Club. The property, facilities, and staff were exceptional. We had a wonderful time during our stay here from start to finish. The staff made our anniversary getaway extra special.
