The staff were amazing, always smiling and welcoming, professional and friendly at the same time. The room was really clean, the beds sooooo comfy, everything needed was in the bathroom from towels to toiletries, to hair dryer... It's lovely to have that easy access to the beach, the pool, the jacuzzi. The breakfast is wonderful and generous, a delight for the eyes and mouth! You can even pay for a great buffet dinner with a wide variety of national and international dishes. And if you're a fan of spa or would like to try it, don't miss it! Shahed the masseuse is a real pro!

Everything about this trip was 12 out of 10. There are many options out there for Wadi Rum and after spending too many hours researching I decided to just book something because my head was spinning. I am completely sure that I made the right decision. I had such a wonderful time here, the staff, the tours, the accommodations were all with top comfort and experience, personal and authentic. The jeep tour was the highlight of the trip for me!

Our guide Hisham was exceptional and allowed us to carry out many activities (desert tour by car, evening in the desert) in addition to the activities, Hisham took incredible photos for us that will engrave our memories forever. This 5-star hotel offers a kids' club, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. + + Thank you Basel for everything The room was well organized and air conditioned, the location is great and the hotel management is very organized, the suite had a romantic atmosphere for two couples, a night of a lifetime and a fantastic time.
